New Club House Information

Work has now started on the club’s new ground in Parsonage Barn Lane and is on schedule for completion in November 2008.  

The new facility will include two pitches, four changing rooms, a referee’s changing room, a physio’s room and a community room with a bar, which will be used by both the club as well as a number of other community organizations.  

The building is on land adjacent to Ringwood Junior School , which is being leased from Hampshire County Council. The facilities will also be used by the school for sports activities during the week in term time.  

The building work is being carried out by the local construction company Raymond Brown Ltd at a cost of £570,000, but the total cost of the scheme will be £730,000. This is being financed through the club’s own fundraising, an interest free loan from the Rugby Football Foundation and grants from a number of organizations including:  

• Sport England

• New Forest District Council (supported by Ringwood Town Council)

• Rugby Football Foundation

• Ringwood Brewery

• Hampshire Playing Fields Association
