Ellingham and Ringwood RFC Pubs Touch Rugby League
The touch rugby league is played at the clubs home ground of picket post every Monday night in June from 7pm - 9pm. It is very kindly sponsored by two of our local pubs, Finns who are the mens section sponsors and The Lamb who are the ladies section sponsors. The two pubs alternate in very generously put on the after match food each Monday.
The league is run on a 'turn up and play' basis and is open to EVERYONE AND ANYONE. Each week players turn up and register for that week. Their name is put into a hat and teams are drawn for that evening. You play with that team all night. You get 1 point each time your team wins a game. Player points are then added up over the five weeks and there will be prizes for the male and the female with the most points at the end.
Come and join us on a Monday ... just turn up ....and enjoy some great rugby and some great hospitality at two of Ringwood's most popular pubs!
