Unfortunately the sun doesn't always shine when we train and you all really showed your commitment last week by coming out to train in in appalling conditions.

All the coaches were very proud of the efforts you made and the way you kept going in the pouring rain for 90 minutes.

Special congratulations goes to Brad for catching the eye of the coaches and receiving the weekly players award.

Now for some exciting news. I have just been told that THE NEW SHIRTS HAVE ARRIVED AND WILL BE PRESENTED TO ALL THE SQUAD AT 09:40 am BEFORE TRAINING THIS SUNDAY.

Please note the presentation will be to all players who were registered to play for the club during the season 2011/12. There will be a separate presentation of shirts in October to new players who have joined the squad this season, once their registrations with the club have been processed.

Please be sure you are their to receive your shirt at 09:40 am prompt.

This is the last training session before the New Milton Tournament on 7th October and the coaches will be picking the squad after this Sunday's session. We will announce the squad by e mail on Monday.

Unfortunately we can not pick everyone to play and we know that some players are going to be disappointed, please don't forget that everybody will get the opportunity to play in two tournaments during the season.
