Everybody worked really hard and it was good to see great technique at the rucks and mauls and the ball being moved wide when possible. Well done every-one.

On Sunday we will again be working on handling skills and rucks and mauls, together with some tackling practise.

This coming Thursday 2nd October will be our first mid week evening training session at Poulner Junior School from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Please do try to come along there will be some fun games and drills designed to build your skills.

Look forward to seeing you all on Sunday morning, we've had fantastic attendance so far, please keep it up.
