Our women put in a superb performance to beat local rivals Southampton in the semi finals of the Bournemouth 7's on Sunday. They were trailing throughout the game - but won it with a good try with the last touch of the game.

The final was a great spectacle on the main pitch, but we were well beaten by a strong Exeter university side who are the British University 7's champions - and ironically two of our players, Hannah Gilling and Georgia Smith, were playing for the Exeter side.
